Flash Developer
Formal education not required, just mad skills in Flash (No cut-and-paste artists please).  More specifically:

1. Complete understanding of the Flash interface
2. Moderate to expert Actionscript capabilities
3. You must be cool
4. Work within extremely tight deadlines
5. Self-starter
6. Knowledge of Flash integration with other back-end technologies such as PHP, ASP, XML, JavaScript, Web Services & SQL

ASP.NET Programmer
Strong communication abilities are a must. You will be able to work effectively with minimal supervision,The candidate must be able to quickly absorb and understand complicated technical and complex marketing material and apply this knowledge to effective and timely problem resolution; will work effectively in a dynamic and fast changing environment; will take strong ownership and responsibility for writing high quality code that follows best practices, performing ongoing troubleshooting, and implementing enhancements for their sites; and will develop within the context of a pre-existing technical infrastructure.

You are responsible for coding and maintaining projects for our clients.The candidate will work closely with our designers, project managers, and QA team to actualize the application requirements. You will also contribute to developing internal tools and collaborating on process enhancements to increase the effectiveness of our Web Development team.

General Requirements:

1. Highly motivated, detail oriented and extremely organized with proven ability to establish priorities and execute to achieve results
2. Positive attitude and professionalism in the workplace
3. Be accountable for all work, and provide regular status reporting of all tasks to immediate supervisors
4. Solid understanding of browser/Flash data-transfer issues
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and quickly and efficiently respond to change
6. Excellent project & people management skills
7. Meticulous attention to detail
8. Ensure that the code meets the required development standards and is optimized for faster download
9. Understanding and demonstrated adaptation of cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility concerns
10. Professional web application development experience in building database-driven applications and websites
11. Up to date on best industry practices, technologies and available solutions

General understanding in the following languages: HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, ASP, PERL, SQL, MySQL, XML

We prefer you to have at least three years experience for this position.
