   We use technology for distance meetings that enables us to web conference via video, audio & online screen collaboration. We have developed this technology ourselves and only requires the Flash player and optional web camera/microphone.

1. You have many large companies listed here, did you work for all those clients directly?
   Not directly. Some of the work we do is contracted from other multi-media firms. My question to you is: If multi-media firms are willing to hire us to represent them why shouldn't your company?

1. I have two or more web site address and would like to host multiple sites with WAY CREATIVE MEDIA LLC., do I have to buy separate packages for each?

2. I have seen hosting packages on other web sites for less money than what you charge, why should I not host with them?

2. Does your company sell only components created by WAY CREATIVE MEDIA LLC.?
   Yes. If you are interested in selling components, check out Macromedia's web site for more info.

1. I just bought a template through your web site, what do I do now?
   You can use any html editor (Dreamweaver, Front Page, etc.) or Macromedia Flash to edit flash files. If you need further assistance you can contract WAY CREATIVE MEDIA LLC. on an hourly basis to assist you in your web site creation. Contact us for more details.

1. I have an account with WAY CREATIVE MEDIA LLC.. How do I login to my control panel?
   You can click the "Client Login" link at the bottom right of any page within our site to access the login area.
    
2. I have forgotten my username and/or password to access the client area, how can I get that info?
   For security reasons we do not send your information over the internet. You must call WAY CREATIVE MEDIA LLC. to either retrieve your username and/or reset your password.

   Yes. Any time that you have left in the pre-paid contract you signed with us will be prorated back to you rounded up to the nearest month.
